5 New Cities Are Upcoming Alongside The KGP-KMP Expressway In Haryana

Haryana, 3rd November 2018:  The current Haryana Government has completed its four years of regulation. And according to the property news Haryana, on this occasion, Manohar Lal Khattar, the Chief Minister announced to develop 5 new cities alongside the KGP and KMP expressways before the end of the Government’s tenure.

Each of the 5 cities will be of 5,000 Hectares and will be spread over 185 Kilometers. The Chief Minister said that they have already prepared a draft plan regarding the development and the project is in the pipeline. Also, the licensing process for the affordable group housing projects will be reopened shortly, Khattar said. As per the Haryana property news, the licensing application process for the affordable group housing project would be reopened soon for a 60-day period by the Government.

Kundli-Ghaziabad- Palwal (KGP) and Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) are the two significant expressways of Haryana. The project aims to boost the housing, commercial and industrial activities in the National Capital Region.

During the last four years, the Haryana State Government has taken several initiatives to bring in improvement in the Haryana real estate sector. Affordable housing policy was also introduced by the Government make the Housing For All project a success by 2022. And now, the 5 cities will be developed as commercial, economical, and industrial corridors. Khattar also mentioned that this project, especially the housing segment would be providing several business opportunities to the realty firms, Khattar said.

Praveen Jain, the President of NAREDCO Haryana, appreciated this initiative taken by the Haryana Government for the future betterment of Haryana real estate. Previously, the housings were patents of the rich people. But this is for the first time the state has seen some new policies that are beneficial for both the builders and the buyers, Jain added.
