And they landed at Nirala Estate, the architectural masterpiece of ultra-luxury real estate builder, Nirala India. Located at Techzone 4 Greater Noida West, Noida extension, the project sprawled across an area of 14 acres with G+18 towers overlooking 4.5 acres of green centralized park area.

The project is near to its completion with most of the families already handed over with possession of their apartments. Our team discovered the prices per apartments pretty reasonable to the pocket of an average buyer. Amenities are provided similar to what you can expect from any luxurious project outlays with well-equipped open gymnasium, kids play area, badminton and tennis court, clubhouse and departmental store to meet the requirements of the residences. The buildings are earthquake resistant with special attention paid to the security and safety of the inhabitants. Other facilities such as 24 hours water and electricity supply and yoga or meditation area for the fitness freaks.

The entrance and exist to the complex is situated on the same side.

As prior mentioned, Nirala estate maintains proper connectivity with FNG expressway, Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, NH-24, DND Flyway, Ghaziabad railway station, Anand Vihar, Wave City-center metro, Shopprix, DLF  and The Great India Palace Malls etc. all lying within a reach of 35-40 km span from the complex.

The apartment complex have one of the largest open central green space areas in comparison to any other complexes.

Pros:

More so the builders did not spare any expense to offering high-quality materials to structure the towers, designed with the latest technologies and conveniences fitting to the taste of the elite class yet going easy on their pockets.
The builders kept up with their promise of handing over possessions on time. The major part of the project has already been completed and handed over and Planning to Launch Nirala Estate Phase 2 recently.

Cons:

But separate parking facility has been completely overlooked by the builders. There is just one entry-exit option located on the same side of the project. Apart from these two flaws, the entire project is definitely worth the price paid by the owners.
